Dildora Jurayeva Ravshanovna. She is one of the best teachers of IELTE Program. She has been working in this program since 2006. In her family there are six people: her parents, two brothers, a sister and her. She is the third child and she loves her family.
As the reason of coming to this Program to work, she explains like this. While she was teaching in philology, her good students started to move to IELTE Program. She wandered why everybody is “flying” there. Then, later she also was invited to work there. It was in 2006. Besides that, she had warm relationship with Dr Benson, who was a Dean of that Program. At the moment she teaches Vocabulary and Linguistics for all freshmen and she is a home teacher of 1F group. She says that you will decide yourself what subject to choose. In this program one more thing she liked is very supportive staff.
Her hobby is very unusual and interesting and it is working with linguistics. She is in PhD on linguistics. She has read a lot of book about linguistics.
Miss Dildora, as all students call like this, interests in sports too. She likes shaping, football and basketball.
If we say about her character, everybody admires and respects her strictness, but she thinks it is her minus.
From life she expects everything. But accomplishment of them depends on you. She says that she will do her best in order to have very good future. She thinks that she can be a hero, good scientist and maybe a leader. But, she says, not always expectation comes true. She thinks that when she reaches her point, life seems to be totally different.
In the future she just wants to be a great person.
Dilafruz Abdumajidova. She is one of the active teachers in IELTE Program. She is a teacher of Grammar and Integrated skills for first year students of this program. She graduated UzSWLU (Uzbekistan State World Language University). From 20004 till 2006 she studied in Bachelor’s Degree and from 2004 till 2006 in Masters Degree.
She worked in several places: in 203-2004 she worked as a guide, in 2003 as a interpreter and in 2004-2006 she owned English Educational Club. When she was studying in second course she worked as volunteer in hotel Intercontinental and in hotel Radisson. From 2006 till this time she has been actively working in IELTE Program. Attitude to IELTE encouraged her to work and become a teacher, and she is proud of being part of this program, which is the one in Central Asia.
Besides her work, she is interested in learning language, collecting antique souvenirs, reading books and playing sports. She likes swimming and big tennis. In fact, she played big tennis for two years. Her favourite food is European and Turk’s cuisine, and she likes sweets, too. Her hobby is cooking. Her favourite flower is lily. She has a goal in life which is to accomplish all her dreams and to have a nice future in teaching and family.
Sahiba Shokirova. She is 22 years old and lives in Tashkent. She is the eldest among her siblings. She has two brothers. In fact, she didn’t want to be a teacher. First, she wanted to enter to the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. Moreover, she took entrance exams to the University of Westminster. Unfortunately, because of bad math she couldn’t pass the exams. However, working as a teacher, she loves her job and can’t imagine living without it. At the moment she teaches E, H, G groups of freshmen.
Her hobbies are listening to music, reading spiritual books, and learning Turkish and German.
It is her first official year as a teacher in IELTE. In her 4th grade she was a assistant of Saida Ergasheva.
What about her subject, Study Skills. Actually, she at first she wanted to teach whether Grammar, or Linguistics. But she didn’t have choice, but obey. But she is one the best teachers of Study Skills. Her favourite thing to eat is fish. But usually prefers eat nothing. Her ideal person is Prophet Muhammad (s.a.v). Her wish is to investigate herself, aware herself and belief, never be afraid in life difficulties.
Her motto is “Doing good, whatever you can.”
